Biography
Dr. Lin is an associate professor in management information systems. He teaches a
variety of programming and data analytics courses. Dr. Lin earned a bachelor's degree
in business administration from Ji Nan University in China. He also earned a Master
of Science in Computer Science and a Ph.D. in Computer Science, both from the University
of Houston.
Dr. Lin is active in research of embedded systems design, fault-tolerant systems and
big data. He has published articles in a variety of IEEE/ACM conferences, and journals
such as "Journal of Systems Architecture: Embedded Software Design" and "Big Data
Research."
