Custodial Services
Introduction
The FMC Custodial Services team's mission is to provide the University the cleanest and safest facilities for use by its faculty, students and staff as well as visitors to the Clear Lake campus and the Pearland campus.
Services provided include floor cleaning, restocking restroom materials, spill clean-up, trash removal and routine cleaning.
Routine cleaning includes:
- Cleaning frequently touched surfaces such as light switches, handrails, elevator buttons and door handles.
- Dusting, wet mopping or auto-scrubbing floors.
- Vacuuming entry ways and high traffic areas.
- Removing trash.
- Cleaning restroom.
- Cleaning spills.

Hours of Operation
Sunday, 6 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.; Monday – Thursday, 8:30 a.m. – 1:30 a.m.; Friday, 6 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
